G2/G3/G4 - Typed Works Cited pages were due on Google Classroom at the beginning of the block. Students had 15-20 minutes of Pleasure Reading time. After that, I distributed the rough draft pages for the Introduction paragraph and directed students to the typed outline I gave them which details what they need in the Intro. The rest of the block was given to students to work on their Introduction paragraphs while I conferenced with students about their Works Cited pages. Everything that was turned in during class has been graded, and all grades reflect what I am seeing in terms of student effort toward the paper at this point. Assignment: Rough Draft pages for the Introduction paragraph are due to me at the beginning of the block on Monday. I will give students feedback on those so they can begin to type up their Final Drafts at that time. We will set one block aside for each part of the paper. Feedback is given in chunks to expedite the process for all of us. Students are encouraged to turn their work in on time in order to maximize points and the quality of the feedback they will receive from me.
